The Compliance, Data, and Finances page is dedicated to the resources needed for federal accountability purposes under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and in accordance with Oklahoma law.
Due Dates
  • July 1, 2017: LEA Assurances and Agreements Due
  • July 28, 2017: High Need Application Due
  • August 1, 2017: FY2017 Claim Submission is Due
  • September 1, 2017: FY2017 Fiscal Closeout
  • June 1, 2017 - June 30, 2017: End of Year SPED Reporting Cleanup Window
  • June 30, 2017: End of Year SPED Report Pulled from EdPlan
  • June 30, 2017 - July 14, 2017: End of Year SPED Report Certification Window

Compliance  Data Part B    Finance

  • The Compliance page offers resources regarding forms and information to ensure schools are held accountable to document practices, procedures and efforts to ensure the needs of students with disabilities are afforded to them.
  • Data (Part B) refers to students age 3 through 21 served under the IDEA. The page offers specific timelines, copies of district data reports, information and forms for accurate submission of data at the district level to ensure appropriate submission of information to the Oklahoma State Department of Education- Special Education Services (OSDE-SES).
  • The Finance page offers links and information specific to allocation of funds for districts.
