How It Works

The entire training program consists of 4 days of training per year, for a total of 3 years.  Teachers train in content focused groups, i.e. elementary school Math, elementary school English, etc.  The training is facilitated by exemplary, experienced teachers who are content experts in their disciplines.  Each teacher leaves with a great deal of resources: lessons, labs, classroom activities, formative assessments, and more.
