  • When a crisis occurs, communication is key to keeping people safe. Without knowing who to contact or what to say the lines of communication can break down very quickly. What may start as important information can get turned into a wildly inaccurate rumor or it can get lost all together.

  • Digital footprint; the record of data that you put out to the virtual world. Digital footprints can be erased but virtual data on the other hand can't. If the digital infrastructure is compromised the data from the student body could be exposed and sold on the dark web.
