Walters Visits Storm-Ravaged Barnsdall

Oklahoma City, Okla – State Superintendent Ryan Walters visited Barnsdall, a community heavily damaged by a tornado earlier this week, today.
“The damage in Barnsdall is devastating. Watching the Barnsdall community pull together in this crisis makes me even more proud to be an Oklahoman, ” said Walters. “OSDE is doing everything possible to help folks in Barnsdall recover and get their schools back on track. The folks there have excellent leadership in Mayor Johnny Kelley and Superintendent Dr. Sayra Bryant, our agency will be with them throughout the rebuilding process to provide as much assistance as possible.”
