Description: This data tool allows users with access to view students who have two or more overlapping enrollments with a school or district.

Data Validation Wizard

Description: This data tool allows users with access to view errors or warnings for inaccurate or missing data that will need to be updated in their local Student Information System.

STN Wizard
Window: Throughout the year
Description: This data tool allows users with access to decide if a student who appears in the wizard needs a new state testing number (STN) created and assigned or to match their current student demographic record without an STN to a previous demographic record that did have an STN.

XSD Validation Errors Wizard
Window: Throughout the year
Description: This data tool allows districts to check for records sent from their student information system that included data that did not pass the minimal requirements to be accepted by The Wave.

SIF 2.X Wave Requirements Compliance by local Student Information Systems (SIS)

Legislation: 70 O.S. § 3-160
Description: In order to maintain connectivity to The Wave, local SIS must be in compliance with the updated Wave Requirements Document.
Activity: OSDE will send communication to districts and student information system vendors regarding the changes.
