State Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister invited all Oklahoma Pre-K through 12th-grade students to enter their best work. We received nearly 800 entries. The winner’s creation will be featured on the new Oklahoma License to Educate Plate to benefit teacher recruitment efforts.
