The State of Oklahoma Office of Management Enterprise Services Central Purchasing Division (OMES/CP) on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified supplier to provide behavioral consultation to support OK SPDG team efforts.
