This is a Request for Information ("RFI"). This is not an invitation to Bid or a Request for Proposal. This RFI is to gather information only. No contract award will be made by the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) based on the results of this process. In accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act, the OSDE desires to provide Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) with evaluative information to assist them in selecting and usin evidence-based activities, strategies, and interventions as it pertains to Standards-Based Assessment Systems.
