The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central Purchasing (OMES/CP) on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide an electronic transcript system that will support district transcript processing and SIS automation. This system must also be able to Scan and Index for alumni records, safely streamline data systems between Career Technology, OSDE, and Higher Education, and provide a data collecting system that will allow us to better measure student post-secondary participation.
