Donald G. Burdick is the CEO and co-founder of Olifant Energy II, an independent oil and gas company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has co-founded four oil and gas companies since 2013 and worked in the American oil and gas industry for over 38 years. He also co-founded the ADAM-Tulsa Energy Network, a business networking organization for energy executives pursuing acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers. He has also served as the President of the Mid-Continent Section of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist, President of the Division of Professional Affairs for the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and on the board of the Oklahoma Independent Producers Association. He is also the co-founder and President of Tulsa IrishFest, a non-profit dedicated to bringing music and culture to NE Ok primarily through an annual family-friendly festival. His high school diploma is from Jordan HS (Durham, NC) and has a BS in Geology (magna cum laude) from Duke University and a MS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.
