The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified supplier, as a statutory requirement to meet priority through the State Personnel Development Grant.  The priority is to partner with a parent training and information center or community parent resource center funded under sections 671 and 672 of IDEA, to increase parent knowlege of the Oklahoma Tiered Intervention System of Support (OTISS).  The supplier will collaborate with the SPDG team to ensure professional development trainings are available to parents, school, and communities to address academic and behavioral difficulties that interfere with prek-12 student success aligned with SPDG initiatives and goals.
