The purpose of this RFP is to select and contract with a supplier to provide Oklahoma elementary public-school students with Child ID Kits that allow parents to collect specific information by recording the physical characteristics and fingerprints of their children on identification cards that are then kept at home by the parent or guardian. Supplier will not collect or retain any student data for this contract.
