The SDE Service Desk was created to ensure friendly, accurate and timely responses to all inquiries from school administrators, parents, educators and others seeking information.
The SDEĀ Data & Information Systems Division is now serving as the technical helpdesk for all school reporting applications in the Oklahoma Education Single Sign-On (School Reporting, WAVE, etc).
SDE Service Desk is available from 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
Guests needing fingerprint background checks from the Teacher Certification Office should attempt to arrive no later than 4:00pm.
