Capital Expenditures

Districts may request approval from the State Board of Education to make capital expenditures from their general fund per 70 O.S.§ 1-117.

• State Board Authorization Request for 5% and/or $50,000
• General Fund-Capital Expenditure Statute 70 O.S.§ 1-117
