The Contract is awarded on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) for expert consultation services on multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) and its implementation. The Oklahoma State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG) provides technical assistance and guidance, professional development, and implementation coaching support to districts on the subject of multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). This contract is for a consultant who will assist the OK SPDG IV team in developing and providing evidence-based professional development and technical guidance on the implementation of MTSS; fidelity monitoring of MTSS; and implementation of evidence-based practices for math, reading, and behavioral programming at the state, district, school, and classroom level.
