This Solicitation is a Contract Document and is a request for competitive proposal from non-profit, for profit, community agencies/service providers, institutions of higher education, government entities or consortia of eligible entities seeking to enact evidence-based programs that support students with the academic and social emotional supports needed to address gaps in learning while continuing to engage in on-grade-level work with the Contract awarded by the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). Any defined term used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the General Terms or other Contract Document.
