MG(R) Leo J. "Lee" Baxter, a native Minnesotan, lives in Lawton, Okla. In 1999 he retired as a Major General after a 31-year Army career. He has subsequently served as vice president of Cameron University, market president for BancFirst, vice president of Communication Technologies Inc. in Chantilly, Va., and president and chief operating officer for JB Management Inc., a service-disabled, veteran-owned defense business in Alexandria, Va.
