21st CCLC grantees are required to complete an annual Continuation Report.  Completion of this document will help to ensure continued funding of your program for the coming year.  In addition, this information will help our office to plan training and technical assistance that will be most helpful to all of Oklahoma’s 21st CCLC programs during the coming year.
