Overview

Districts will use the Accountability (A – F Report Card) application to complete Grades 3 – 8 and EOI assessment “Post-Code” record editing. In years past, record editing was completed through the testing vendor; this year it will be completed through Single Sign-On in the Accountability (A-F Report Cards) application.

Districts will need to CERTIFY assessment demographics and testing status during the 30-day correction window for accurate calculation of their A-F report cards. After this window, assessment data will be submitted as is for A-F calculations.

Overview

The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) has developed an implementation plan to calculate the state's Federal Four-Year Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate using student-level data transmitted to the state and certified by districts. The student-level data is received at the state from myriad local student information systems via Oklahoma's statewide SIF infrastructure and captured by the real-time Wave state student information system.
