Single Sign On (SSO)

This site is only available for administrators with a username and password. You will be able to access the Grants Management and Expenditure Reporting system through the SSO to submit your 21st CCLC budget and claims. If you have access to the SSO, but not Grants Management, your district administrator will need to set your system access as "View Only" or "Data Entry".

United States Department of Education guidance for 21st Century Community Learning Center grants

USDE Federal Funds for Conferences and Meetings (use of food)

This guidance provides answers to frequently asked questions about:

  • Using Federal grant (discretionary or formula) funds to host a meeting or conference
  • Using Federal grant funds to pay for food
  • Using Federal grant funds to pay for costs of attending a meeting or conference sponsored by ED or a third party

Oklahoma State Department of Education guidance for 21st Century Community Learning Center grants

Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) and Other Applicable Grant Regulations

Title 34 of the CFR, which pertains to the U.S. Department of Education and related Federal entities. Parts 74-99 of Title 34 are collectively known as the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). These parts contain regulations for administering discretionary and formula grants awarded by the Department. You can view current (updated daily) versions of the EDGAR parts of Title 34 at the e-CFR website at the link above.

2012-2013 Oklahoma 21st CCLC Statewide Evaluation Report

Both the State Education Agency (SEA) and grantees must comply with specific evaluation and accountability policies and reporting structures. SEAs must provide comprehensive annual evaluations of their 21st CCLC programs, reporting on the performance measures listed in their applications to the United States Department of Education. These reports must be made available for public consumption.

Data Management Spreadsheet (Excel spreadsheet)

How to Use the Oklahoma Data Management Spreadsheet

The Oklahoma Data Management Spreadsheet is intended to be used as a tool to keep track of attendance and staffing data for 21st Century Community Learning Centers. This spreadsheet is what you will submit to the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality (Weikart Center) by June 30th, 2015 to fulfill attendance, staffing, and regular attendee requirement for the federal reporting system.

Goal Setting Sheet

This is a writable form to assist 21st CCLC programs in their improvement planning process. 

Monitoring Tool

This tool is used to guide Oklahoma 21st CCLC statewide coordinators during an on-site monitoring visit. 21st CCLC programs are encouraged to use this tool to also guide their own progress and quality improvement.

21APR (Federal Reporting)

This system is used by the USDE to collect basic information about 21st CCLC programs across the United States.
