Criteria 1
Allow class sizes and student/teacher ratio which are conducive to a effective learning for at-risk students.
a. Approved Waiver for serving fewer than 10 students (if applicable).
b. Approved Deregulation for Time letter (if applicable).
What are School - Based Prevention Services?
School-based prevention services are evidence-based programs, policies, and practices implemented with Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to build protective aspects against identified risk factors.
The following rules took effect September 11, 2022 following the Governor's approval on June 21, 2022.
