In the wake of the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) decision not to extend Oklahoma’s No Child Left Behind (NCLB) waiver, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Janet Barresi today directed state education officials to immediately begin the task of compliance with NCLB, which is part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).

Our theme this year - Stepping Up Our Game, will help us focus on successful strategies for providing quality expanded learning opportunities for your students. Grantees are encouraged to invite program leaders and community partners to participate as a part of your 21st CCLC team!
