Staff professional development is at the core of OK21stCCLC's continuous, program quality improvement cycle. The Youth Work Methods modules provide targeted training and resources to assist program leaders in building the practice-based skills staff members need to make a positive impact for youth. The online version of each module is accessible to all grantees as part of their annual subscription of program quality supports. This recorded webinar and supporting slides will assist program leaders in accessing and utilizing the online YWM modules to expose staff to high-quality, youth program practices.
