Kognito's PK-12 suite comprises three simulations designed for professional development. Each simulation is a 45–60 minute course/s that can be completed in multiple sittings, and at your own pace. Participants will role-play conversations with virtual students and virtual parents. Topics in the suite address topics of mental health, suicide prevention and bullying, and how to support especially vulnerable students. These research-proven simulations go beyond knowledge and awareness to build user's skills and self-confidence through practice talking with virtual students and parents. Kognito simulations have been proven effective in studies with thousands of users. Several are listed in the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices and were also created in collaboration with school and mental health experts and educators. http://ok.kognito.com
