The State Testing Resources page provides information and resources for the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP), including the College- and Career-Readiness Assessments (CCRAs).

 

 

Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP)

There are 2 types of assessments within the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) for Grades 3-8 and 11. All assessments are aligned to the Oklahoma Academic Standards. The two assessment types are General and Alternate Assessments

General Assessments

These standards-based assessments are intended for Grades 3-8 and 11 in Mathematics, English Language Arts and Science. A U.S. History assessment is administered in Grade 11.

    Oklahoma Alternate Assessment Program (OAAP)

    These assessments measure achievement of alternate academic standards of the state curriculum for children with the most significant cognitive disabilities.

    Driven to Read Update

    House Bill 1715 was signed into law April 26, 2021, by Governor Kevin Stitt, effective immediately. With the passage of this law, Driven to Read is hereby repealed, and students are no longer required to show 8th grade reading proficiency when applying for a driver's permit or license. Students are still required to show proof of enrollment from their school.
