Micro-Credential Route to Severe-Profound Certification

Micro-credentials provide a pathway to professional growth, increase employability,
and develop teacher leaders. Redefining the professional learning experience,
micro-credentials shift the emphasis from seat time to demonstrated competence.
Licensed educators learn, practice, receive feedback and demonstrate mastery of standards
leading to severe/profound certification.
