The following links are resources for families with children ages 3 through 5 years old.

 

Oklahoma Family Resources

Children age 3 years and older are eligible for a free evaluation through their local school districts to determine if they are eligible for special education services. To begin the process, you can contact your local district and ask for special education.

Head Start

Early Birds (a division of Smart Start) provides parenting classes to aid in school readiness.

Oklahoma ABLE Technology - Assistive Technology resources, including short-term loans for public school students and families.

• Oklahoma Child Guidance provides services in many locations across Oklahoma.

• STEMIE Innovation for inclusion in early Education - Incorporating science, technology, engineering, & math at home resources for young children with special needs.
