Indicator 13


The Oklahoma State policy requires transition services to be addressed and in effect no later than the beginning of the students ninth grade year or upon turning 15 years of age during the life of the Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Indicator 13 is a percentage of student IEPs with an appropriate secondary transition plan in place on or before the annual IEP date.

• Percent of youth ages 15 and above with measurable, annually updated IEP goals, and appropriate transition assessment, services, and courses.
