Welcome to the launch pad for Mathematics information and support for Oklahoma educators and students!

This page is devoted to supporting Oklahoma teachers and school districts with the successful implementation of the Oklahoma Academic Standards for Mathematics.

The Oklahoma State Department of Education collaborates with Oklahoma educators to develop and identify high-quality resources for teachers and districts. Oklahoma resources include the OkMath Framework, virtual professional development modules, and access to instructional communities for professional growth.

Professional Development

The Office of Instruction is available to provide professional development to teachers in their local area, either face-to-face or through video conference or webinar (point-to-point/distance learning) technology. In order for the professional development to have as much impact as possible, face-to-face interactions need to include representation from at least 5 districts, an entire county, or contain at least 25 teachers. For point-to-point/distance learning technology interactions, any size group can be accommodated.
