The function of a Tier 1 team establishes the systems and practices for universal support. This team monitors school-wide data, ensures students receive equitable access to these supports, and evaluates the program’s overall effectiveness. These resources are for schools to use when creating a diverse school climate team and to ensure the team is able to effectively communicate initiatives to the learning community and stakeholders.
The purpose of Leadership Support is to provide leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of universal procedures in the entire building for all students and staff.
